Our ADHD diagnostic evaluation is a comprehensive 4-hour in-person process. The process will include a psychiatric evaluation with the child and parent or caregiver, a series of specialized psychological tests, and a detailed discussion with Dr. Hanna about the findings and recommendations. You will also receive a full report documenting the results of the testing, provided after the assessment.
Our ADHD evaluation is suitable for children from 4 years old and adults up to 18+. Eligibility is initially determined through a phone screening that we conduct, with few exclusions applied, ensuring the process is a perfect fit for those who may benefit most from our evaluation.
Please note that our diagnostic process focuses on identifying the presence or absence of ADHD. We pay close attention to subtle or masked symptoms to ensure a thorough evaluation. Following the assessment, you will receive a comprehensive report of the results and, if ADHD is diagnosed, we will discuss detailed recommendations for the next steps in management and support.
