Caitlin Wargo, MSW, LSW, LMSW

Caitlin Wargo, LSW, LMSW is a licensed social worker who is a dedicated and passionate therapist. She primarily utilizes person-centered therapy to help individuals overcome many issues like intrusive thoughts, relationship issues, boundaries, and life transitions. Not every therapeutic approach is one size fits all and she continues to understand that each person is unique, especially in this type of setting.

She believes that each therapy session should be safe, supportive, and confidential where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns. Her approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and non-judgment. She believes in the power of therapy as a collaborative journey that can lead to personal growth, self-discovery, and positive change. Together we can work towards gaining insight, developing coping strategies, and fostering resilience in the face of life’s challenges. It is important to remember that seeking help is a sign of strength, and she commends you for taking this step. Our work together will be tailored to your individual needs and goals and her ultimate aim is to support you in achieving the outcome you desire.
