Mark A. Sykes, PhD takes a compassionate, collaborative, goal-oriented approach to therapy. He personalizes treatment, tailoring it to each client’s unique needs and strengths. His approach incorporates cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based therapy and motivational enhancement therapy. He specializes in the treatment of anxiety, panic, obsessive-compulsive behavior, trauma, and substance abuse.
