Eli Mallouhi, a New Jesey native, holds a Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University and is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW). While specializing in youth and adolescent therapy, Eli also has extensive experience working with adults and families facing a variety of challenges. With a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), he focuses on helping clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship issues, and more. Additionally, Eli supports clients in habit building and elimination, and crisis management to help create healthier, more balanced lives.
