Payment Information
Forms of Accepted Payment
We accept payments in the form of we accept credit card, debit card, HSA and FSA accounts. We also accept CareCredit which offers 6 months interest free payment option specifically for autism and ADHD diagnostic testing. If interested please speak with our Care Coordination team.
Insurance
MedPsych is typically out of network with insurance providers. We securely post all receipts from appointments to your patient portal so you can file them with your insurance directly. Many of our clients receive reimbursement for some or all of their MedPsych services, as much as 50-80%. MedPsych can provide you the necessary codes for you to ask your insurance provider what they will cover. We can help advise you about navigating insurance during your free consultation call.
In addition, we will provide you the invoices for recent MedPsych appointments via our online patient portal so that you can submit accurately for any claims. We post weekly for psychiatry and monthly for therapy. If you every have question or issues, we’re glad to help and available via email at email [email protected]
Rates of Services
Our rates vary based on the types of services utilized, session time, and provider used. During your initial free consultation with MedPsych, we will share the fees for any provider that we match you with. Contact us to discuss your particular needs and rates for our services. we offer reduced fee arrangements in specific circumstances, please speak with our Care Coordination team for more details.

Absolutely! We provide services to patients of all ages. for adults. In fact, several of our therapists are specialized in adult mental health treatment specifically.
Yes we offer virtual appointments for psychiatry and therapy. Many of our patients see us in person at our offices for the majority of appointments, but use virtual at times based on schedule needs or other considerations. Our diagnostic services are performed in-office.
Yes. We are focused on providing the highest quality of service above all else. In order to offer each patient the level of care we believe in,
all of our psychotherapists and psychiatrists are not only highly skilled, but they each hold a license or doctorate (dependent on the provider).
You will receive an email from TherapyPortal.com to set up your account. The subject line will be “Client Portal Invitation” or “New Document Request”.
The link in the email will take you to the MedPsych Portal Sign Up page to create your portal. This link expires after 7 days
Email address is already filled in (the email to which the invitation was sent). Only one email address per patient can be used to set up a patient portal account
Complete the following:
1. Client’s date of birth – the patient being seen at the practice
2. Mobile phone – this does not need to match our files. Use the best number to contact you for any portal issues
3. Password – create your password and keep it in a secure place
4. Confirm password
Select the box to accept the Terms of Service. Click Sign Up
Once you are logged in, you can see upcoming appointments and documents that have been posted to the portal for your review, completion, or signature
If more than one family member is seen at the practice, you can have the portal accounts linked so you only need to log in once to view documents and appointments for all family members (primary email address on all patient records must be the same).
